FROM OUR HISTORY

2007

  •  Establishment of EVC Group s.r.o., a company focused mainly on the sale of single and two-track electric vehicles

2008 – 2010

  • with the arrival of the first development engineers, we are also starting to realize our own conversions of previously combustion vehicles to electric drive - e.g. an adult motorcycle, a lawn tractor or an off-road passenger vehicle
  • Subsequently, adult car conversions were added to the company's permanent portfolio - e.g. the Smart brand, the ŠKODA AUTO range or the electric range extender kits for the second generation Toyota Prius
  • the biggest success in sales of electric vehicle conversions was the delivery of 4 vehicles to the pilot electromobility project in the Czech metropolis "Prague electromobile"
  • we are realizing the first traction battery for the electric bus EBN 10 of the Libchav company SOR

2011

  • conversion of the first midibus of the Slovak coachbuilder ROŠERO P under the brand EVC FIRST ELECTRIC

2012

  • the first in a series of traction batteries for electric buses of the PERUN type from the Pilsen-based manufacturer ŠKODA ELECTRIC

2013 – 2016

  • A succession of major traction battery orders for public transport vehicles heralded a further downsizing of the company's production portfolio - piece-by-piece conversions of electric vehicles for end customers (B2C) were replaced by series production of traction batteries and drives for the private sector (B2B)

2017

  • the company celebrated the completion of 10 years of its existence, other vehicle manufacturers, e.g. EKOVA ELECTRIC from Ostrava or the Czech locomotive manufacturer CZ LOKO, are among the customers
  • we are moving towards the gradual full automation of battery module production and the development of the next generation of lithium battery management systems (Battery Management System, BMS), which we have been developing since 2009
